Aerial Loop Workshop can be taught with flying, falling and combo techniques and the difference of the ceiling height can also modify the workshop model, being able to apply more or less dynamic techniques.

The workshop involves thorough physical preparation and understanding of the body and posture for better evolution and progression of the technique and to avoid injuries.

​

The workshop can be taught over one or two days, with a minimum of 3h30 and a maximum of 9h

The minimum chorum is 7 people and a maximum of 15.

It can be taught in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
